X-Apex is envisioned as a bold architectural composition defined by verticality, symmetry, and monumental spatial experience. Located in Emirates Hills, the project explores a contemporary luxury language through strong structural framing and carefully layered materials.

The villa’s identity is shaped by its dramatic entrance geometry, double-height glazing, and refined material palette combining GFRC, bronze-toned metal elements, travertine cladding, and natural stone flooring.

Beyond its visual presence, the project is designed around spatial clarity and balance. Interior and exterior spaces are carefully aligned to maximize openness, daylight penetration, and visual continuity throughout the residence.

Every design decision within the project aims to create a timeless architectural expression rather than a trend-driven aesthetic. The result is a residence that feels both powerful and restrained at the same time.

Currently under development, Villa R36 reflects Luxe Race’s continued focus on creating highly individualized luxury homes with architectural depth and long-term design value.
